Simply Spanish Wills acts in an advisory capacity to guide clients through the process of making a valid Will in Spain.

We are independent Will Writers and Funeral Planners. We are a specialist and focus purely on our chosen field of expertise.

Our Senior Will Writer is trained in all the processes of will writing by experience together with her qualified study and membership of Cilex.  She adheres to a Code of Conduct as recommended by the Approved Code Scheme, Trading Standards UK.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between using a notary and expensive lawyer's.

Led by Debra Hull who emigrated to Spain ten years ago together with Hector, a multi lingual translator we collaborate with a small team of associate. We only work with legal Spanish businesses with a wealth of experience here in Spain.

50 per cent of our business comes from personal recommendations.

We assist non residents with holiday homes and residents with or without property.   Helping clients to plan their legacy.  Did you know that a Will covers any assets including bank accounts and vehicles. If you are renting but have Spanish savings accounts and vehicles you need a Will.

Being an avid animal lover with a happy family of cats and dogs, Debra is invested in ensuring arrangements are made for the lifelong  care of pets. She will help you complete our "Pet Legacy - Lifetime Care Plan ®". Unique to us, this document was specifically crafted for pet owners. It will show in detail a plan of wishes for your loyal companions.
